Menounos spoke to the audience and said,"I'm doing great. I'm very happy. I'm grateful that I am healthy and have my daughter. Litsa, Maria's mom, was diagnosed when she was 61 years old, suffering from GBM, a difficult to treat cancerous brain tumor. Menounos was actively taking care of Maria's mother, who underwent chemotherapy as well as radiation. Mariah Carey, an American actor and singer is also a record producer. Guinness World Records has dubbed her "The Songbird Supreme". Her fame is based on the songs she writes and her five-octave range of singing and the use of the whistle.
